Tony provides an in-depth Interview Technique Coaching Programme aimed at positions in education. He has vast experience of the Interview process for Principals, Deputy Principals and teaching positions. He has chaired many interview panels for all of these positions. His experience on countless interview boards, his knowledge and his natural ability to draw the best out of people make for a top class service in this field.
The full service normally consists of two sessions with each candidate.
Session 1 -- Prior to the meeting, all relevant information about the candidate is acquired through a CV and/or a draft of completed application form for a position sought. The emphasis at the meeting is on being positive about the interview process and not being intimidated. Seeing it as an opportunity to highlight your strengths. Detailed notes are provided on all areas covered at the session.
Session 2 -- Involves a full scale 'Mock Interview'. The candidate's performance is critically appraised. A very comprehensive report on the candidate's performance is drawn up. It is done on a 'question by question' basis with advice and recommendations provided. It is emailed to the candidate normally within 24 hours of the interview.
Note : Help and advice is also provided in relation to filling out application forms.Information is given on how they are assessed. Where a candidate has lined up a number of interviews, an additional session is normally recommended to assess the candidate's performance at their first interview. Again, a detailed written report is issued so that the candidate will be stronger for the next interview.
